Identification Needed for Censor
Can anyone offer any suggestion relating to this censor mark? It is a circular mark, with a double rim, measuring 22mm (outer) x 20mm (inner), with the words PASSED CENSOR inside the inner rim and one 6 point star. The outer rim seems to have a series of blocks around the top, but not apparently extending all the way round.
I cannot see anything remotely resembling this mark in Gould Section 6A.
Any help would be appreciated.
