Registered naval mail from Aden in January 1940, bearing censor N511. Re-directed on arrival in the UK, presumably NOT over a PO counter, hence the ‘Posted out of Course’ mark, and the application of a 3d postage due – a single rate for a registration fee, being posted out-of-course?
