A presentation of items from the collection of Jim MacKay, presented at the November 2022 FPHS Zoom meeting. The presentation shows a number of ’Special Messages’ from Allied Commanders in North Africa, the Mediterranean Theatre and mainland Italy sent during WW2. We are then introduced to the Gale & Polden series of Christmas cards, along will cards sold in the NAAFI with regimental insignia.
