The Forces Postal History Society (FPHS) and Postal History Society (PHS) have jointly published a new book entitled “The Postal History of PAIFORCE – The Persia and Iraq Force, 1942-1946” by David Trapnell.
As well as dealing with British Forces mail to and from PAIFORCE the book also includes American, Indian and Polish forces mail, Italian POW Working Company mail and the censorship of civil mails in Persia during that period. The book has 71 pages, A4 size, softback with all illustrations in colour.
