Peter Harvey introduces the GPO arrangements for postage rates, surcharges and collecting postage dues in WW1. He shows some rate tables and describes how the rate changes were introduced in 1914 and then shows a range of covers and cards including, BEF 1914, surcharged camp mail, released POW’s, evacuated items, Red Cross and wounded soldiers letters.
