I've not been aware of Doug Sayles' listing, and would sure like to see it.
A small correction and two additions to Mike Dobbs' post - BNAPS books are now handled by Bill Longley. BNAPS Books Archives - Longley Auctions
All of Doug Sayles' books are large: WWI - 214pp; WWII & Post-WWII over 300pp EACH.
Members of the Canadian Philatelic Society of Great Britain may be able to borrow from the CPSofGB library.
