D.R.O. Q.M.A.A.C. Boulogne

A cover has a boxed handstamp with D.R.O./Q.M.A.A.C./BOULOGNE

QMAAC is Queen Mary's Army Auxiliary Corp. Can someone provide guidance on the meaning of the D.R.O. abbrevition. The boxed handstamp does not appear to be a cancellation. The cover has a date 20 Nov 19. From Indian Post Office No. 7 unit Boulogne to Miss Battersby Queen Elizabeth Camp. Vendroux, Pas de Calais. Unfranked and has no "On active service"
