WW2 RCAF in India postmarks
This is a cigarette acknowledgment sent from India in September 1943 by a member of the RACF. I do not have any references for the two post marks on the address side and cannot find anything on the web about them. The censor marks I have some info for. If any one can help I would be most grateful.

Where and what was the No. 12 Advanced Base in September 1943
What is the other, almost blank, double circle date stamp dated the 21st of September with the day slug inverted and who was it used by.
