Hello All, attached item bears an interesting censor mark "OCENZUROWANO / Examined by Censor / 55" from 1943. I believe it is Polish, can anyone confirm? where would it have been used?

Can anyone say anything about the postal marks on the reverse? I suspect the EA-APO2-mark is from the British in East Africa, so could be an arrival mark?
