Journal help
I have been looking for an article in an old journal and this is not one of the scanned copies on the FPHS website, so I am wondering if members could help.... if you have very old paper copies.
The reference (online Index) is Q123/28 which would be the September 1973 Journal, I think this means page 28, with the Title GPO Official Enquiry into Mail NCO LHI.
It is a long shot, but if you have a copy and could scan this I would appreciate your help.

The query is in Newsletter number 123 (which should be on-line) and reads
Query 6(123/29) Another from Ted Coles. A card addressed to a soldier in Egypt, with the sender's address "Advanced Supply Depot, Tel-el-Kebir, Egypt", and an official GPO label affixed reading "Please return the cover of this letter / for the purpose of an official inquiry / NCO LHI / The A(?) of July 1916." Who was "NCO LHI" ?
At very quick look I have not found is answer to the query in a later newsletter.
