WWI salvaged mail from SS Kenilworth Castle

A while ago I posted a query concerning a circular censor mark PASSED CENSOR / 10 I 99 * which had been struck on a cover cancelled from Dundee in South Africa and addressed to the USA and carried on the SS Kenilworth Castle which was in collision with a destroyer in the English Channel on 4 June 1918. A quantity of mail was damaged by sea water and received a variety of cachets as a result. This post generated a good discussion with Peter (Burrows) posting probably the most authoritative opinion that this mark had been struck in Cape Town and not at the point of origin. There was no Cape Town mark on the cover, but it is known the ship sailed from Table Bay in Cape Town.

I now have a PPC (attached) posted from Port Elizabeth on 24 April 1918 and carried on the Kenilworth Castle. You will see a different censor mark here. Presumably also struck in Cape Town? This cover is addressed to France where the 'PARIS - - / 10-6-18 /ETRANGER cancel was applied, plus the rather scarce ACCIDENT DE SERVICE cachet.

Any observations Peter?
