Hello Everyone

here is a card posted through the French military post in Tarento / Italy, with the Tresor et Postes 525 cancel. Tarento in the south of Italy was a major transit port towards Greece / Salonika in WW1. Censored with a handstamp "PASSED BY CENSOR" (57x6mm) plus manuscript "Censored R.R. Lawrence" (plus something I cannot decipher).

Any ideas about the circumstances of this censorship?
