I have an official envelope from British Land Forces in Kenya (previously East Africa Command) from BFPO 1040 dated 7 May 1964, just six months after independence.

The back of the envelope has the single line cachet 'SWOPT HQ BLFK.

My question is what does the acronym SWOPT mean?
