There seems to be a huge amount of detail - just the sort of thing postal historians need. It appears to be MOST promising. However, it is not an 'official' website, but the result of the work of one man and, apparently, a number of colleagues. It is likely to suffer from all the frailties of the human condition, but, to their credit, the website makes this plain.
